No other manufacture makes a gooseneck trailer as well as Southland! Almost all gooseneck trailers on the market use a cookie cutter design, of I-beams, cut and spliced together on the neck and main frame. While this can work for some applications, it adds additional weight, and is not engineered to last.

Southland ENGINEERS their ENTIRE gooseneck trailer from front to back. A completely engineered main beam, robotically welded to create ONE SINGLE piece, NO SPLICING, built with a 3/4" camber. They do this using 90 KSI steel, almost DOUBLE the strength of other manufactures. They pierce 90KSI I-Beams through the frame, not just welded in-between the beams. The lace rail uses 5"x2" hollow structural section steel, NOT C-Channel. They use the same engineering & robotic welding process and materials to build the 1-piece neck. The beavertail is 6' long, which makes a total of a 12' full width ramp when loading. This makes for a longer, lower slope ramp, which makes loding SAFER & EASIER.

Once you see how this trailer is built, you won't look at another gooseneck again, and you certainly won't need to buy another.
